We ship from our Waltham MA warehouse Monday-Friday. It usually takes 1 business day (M-F) for your order to be processed before shipping but there can be delays
If you need faster shipping please put a note in the comment section of the order form at checkout as to the date which you need your order to arrive(or call us at 877-804-6640 to let us know). As long as the appropriate shipping method for your area has been selected (see above)we will do our best to to expedite processing and will inform you if we can not get the order to you in time

You may choose US Postal Service(2-3 day delivery after order is processed) or UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select and 2nd Day Air and Next Day service.

UPS 3-Day Select - Guaranteed to arrive on the 3rd business day after we ship it. Please note: It usually takes 1 business day for your order to be processed before shipping.
UPS 2nd Day Air -Guaranteed to arrive on the 2nd business day after we ship it. Please note: It takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
UPS Next Day Air -Guaranteed to arrive on the next business day(M-F Only -- For Saturday delivery you must contact us) after we ship it. Please note: It takes usually 1 business day for your order to be processed before shipping, so it is best to call us to make sure we can get the item to you in time.
PO BOXES and AP0/FPO Addresses - Because UPS does not ship to Post Office Boxes and Military addresses, these packages will be shipped via Priority Mail from the US Post Office. If you do not select this shipping method, we will re-assign your shipping to Priority Mail and will ship per usual.
ALASKA and HAWAII and Puerto Rico - UPS Ground and 3-Day do not service Alaska or Hawaii. Please select UPS 2nd Day Air or our International option for you order.
TRACKING (for UPS Packages only)
Tracking is available . If you provided a valid e-mail address at the time of your order you will receive your tracking number via e-mail after your package ships. You can monitor your package at www.ups.com
Because of international credit card fraud and shipping problems, we limit the countries we currently service. We are extremly careful with international orders and can take up to 5 business days to process these orders.
PLEASE NOTE: The shipping and handling fees we charge do not include any taxes or duties charged in your country of destination. These fees are calculated by customs upon arrival and are your responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We ship via International Air Mail to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom only.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - Normally international air mail takes approximately 10 business days (Monday-Friday) to arrive, however due to the current situations with the US Post Office and tightened security at airports we are seeing packages take up to a month to arrive. Please order early and be patient. Tracking is not available.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS - Your postage will be calculated by our online order form. We do not inflate our shipping charges to make a profit on our shipping costs, but do have to charge a modest handling fee to cover our operational expenses. Please remember to include a valid e-mail address so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order.
