At WackyPlanet.com, quality merchandise and service are a priority. If you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, you may return most items (Halloween Costumes are an exception-read below) to us for an exchange or merchandise refund.
Due to documentation requirements, all returns must be authorized through our email system first and cannot be done through customer service over the phone.
Since we do not have a retail location for customer transactions, all returns must be shipped to our warehouse by US Postal Service for processing. We cannot process orders that are not sent by this method.
All returns must have an authorization from us to be credited. To receive a return authorization you may e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unless the item is defective or being exchanged there is a 15% restocking fee. If the customer received free shipping then credit will be minus the actual shipping cost that we paid to ship the item.
All returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt and must be in original, re-sellable condition unless the item(s) are defective or damaged in shipping. We cannot accept returns of items that have been washed or worn. We are not responsible for garment shrinkage, as it is the responsibility of the consumer to launder products according to the washing instructions.
Damaged Merchandise/Mistakes on order - We must be informed of damages or mistakes to your order within 7 days of receipt of your order. With toys or games, if a defect appears within 4 weeks of receipt, we can offer a replacement item for half-price plus shipping cost.
Clothing items that do not fit - Please note that we cannot guarantee that the items you ordered will fit to your satisfaction. If you were sent the size you ordered and it does not fit, you may exchange for another size or return for a refund of the cost of the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of receiving your return. Exchanges are also processed within 14 business days of receiving your return. PLEASE NOTE: When requesting an exhange, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. We refund shipping costs only if the return is due to our error.
Please include the following information with your return package:
1)Customer Name and Invoice Number 2) Reason for return 3) Do you want a refund or replacement merchandise? 4) If replacement, please specify replacement merchandise and include a check or money order to cover the cost of shipping your new merchandise
The above information must be included or we may not be able to process your return. We recommend sending returns 1st Class or Priority Mail to save on your shipping costs.
All personalized and custom made items sales are final,
no returns/exchanges/refunds on any personalized items.
All Webkinz sales are final. We do not accept returns of Webkinz.
Back Orders and Pre-Orders: Please note Back Orders and Pre-Orders orders are automatically cancelled from the system after 90 days.Items may be re-ordered at the same price if there is an increase.
Between Oct. 5th and Oct 31st. All Costume Sales are Final.
Only Exchanges or Store credit will be issued during this period. Due to health laws, wigs and hats cannot be exchanged or returned once they are worn.
If an item does not fit, and you need another size we will exchange it or refund you the cost of the costume (If the costume was ordered before Oct. 5'th) after the item is received by us. Costume Orders placed After Oct. 5'th can only be refunded by a store credit less 15% re-stocking fee
as long as we are notified within 24 hours after the costume is received, of the desire for a return.
If you need smaller or larger size immediately we can treat the exchanged item as a new order, and ship it (depending on availablity) immediately. We will have to charge your credit card initially and then issue a refund when the returned item is received.
